PureVeneer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PureVeneer. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

• PureVeneer specializes in high-quality wood veneer products. All products are crafted with care, and slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials used.
• These terms apply to all transactions via our website, email inquiries, or other communication channels.

2. Orders and Payment

• Orders are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required to confirm your order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Custom Orders

• For custom veneer projects, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies.
• A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production for custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
• Once production begins, changes to custom orders cannot be accommodated.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and depend on the availability of the product and location. Delays caused by external factors such as shipping disruptions or customs processing are beyond our control.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or as part of the order confirmation process for custom orders.
• Any damage or loss during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order items.
• For standard products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Product Care

• PureVeneer products are designed for indoor use unless otherwise specified.
• Proper care and maintenance instructions will be provided. PureVeneer is not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper care.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on the PureVeneer website and associated platforms are PureVeneer’s intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer

• PureVeneer products are crafted from natural materials. Variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These characteristics are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
